Due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colours shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves and may not be considered a defect.
A difference in measurements 0.1″ to 1.0″ may not be considered a defect.
All products are ensured to be in their best condition prior to mailing. All mail orders are packaged to prevent water leakage or staining.

For broken/ damaged items due to delivery : provide us with a photograph and we will replace your item at free delivery, or provide you will an equal value of store credit if the item is out of stock.

If the items have been mailed out, we seek your kind patience to have Singpost redelivery it back to us before we can send it out again.
